Please note: most fuel gauge problems are in the vehicle, not the cluster. this can easily be confirmed with a good hand held scanner plugged into the diagnosis port under the dash. this is very common question I receive.

2. If problem persists ship the cluster to: carl cowles 1143 north Rd dayville ct 06241 include your original copy of the warranty form, no warranty repair work will be performed without the form. I do not ship replacement clusters or loaner clusters until the original cluster is determined un-repairable BY DIGITAL DASH SOLUTIONS.

digital-dash-solutions guarantees the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period advertised from the date of receipt with unlimited mileage. In the unlikely event of product failure you are covered with this guarantee. This guarantee covers naturally occurring failures only.

If the product proves defective during the guarantee period the Customer shall be responsible for all expenses incurred for diagnosis, removal, packaging and return shipping. digital-dash-solutions, at its option, will:
​ (1) upon its’ return at the customers expense, repair the product at no charge for parts or labor. This does not include any shipping fee's, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred getting the cluster to the repair facility and back to the customer.

​ (2) upon its’ return at the customers expense, replace the product with a comparable product which may be new or refurbished.

​ (3) The guarantee period starts upon receipt of product and ends after the term of the guarantee.

Please note: No incurred fees by the customer relating to product purchased will be refunded for any reason.

digital-dash-solutions requires the customer first utilize support with the product, product diagnostics, information contained via email. If unsuccessful, to obtain service under this guarantee the customer must return the product for testing to determine of the defect before the expiration of the guarantee period. Customers will provide appropriate assistance to email to resolve issues.

In the maintenance of the product, digital-dash-solutions may use new or equivalent to new parts, assemblies or products for equal or improved quality. All defective parts, assemblies, and products become the property of digital-dash-solutions.

These guarantees’ shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care. digital-dash-solutions shall not be obligated under these guarantees’:

a) to repair damage resulting from attempts by personnel other than digital-dash-solutions representatives, repair or service the product unless directed by a digital-dash-solutions representative,

b) to repair damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance resulting from improper use or connection to incompatible equipment,

c) to repair damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance caused by the use of non-digital-dash-solutions products, use of digital-dash-solutions supplies not specified for use with this product,

d) to repair an item that has been modified or integrated with other products when the effect of such modification or integration increases or degrades performance or reliability,

 e) to repair damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance resulting from use of the product in an environment not meeting normal operating conditions,

f) to replace items that have been abused, misused, tampered, mishandled or incorrectly installed,

g) to repair an item that subject to static discharge, jump starting, incorrect dealer programming, water, moisture or fire damage.

Any service identified in the above list and provided by digital-dash-solutions at the Customer’s request shall be invoiced to the Customer at digital-dash-solutions current rates for parts, labor and shipping.

THE ABOVE GUARANTIES ARE GIVEN BY DIGITAL-DASH-SOLUTIONS WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT AND ITS RELATED ITEMS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DIGITAL-DASH-SOLUTIONS. DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED GUARANTEE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY SIMILAR STANDARD IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LEGISLATION. DIGITAL-DASH-SOLUTIONS' RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR, REPLACE, OR OFFER A REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER FOR BREACH OF THESE GUARANTEES.

Some states, provinces, and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied guaranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or country.

​TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS GUARANTEE STATEMENT, IN NO EVENT SHALL DIGITAL-DASH-SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER DIGITAL-DASH-SOLUTIONS OR THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
